Location: Henley-in-Arden

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Estates Administration Assistant to join a busy Estates Team at a family run, luxury holiday park company.

The Estates Team plays a vital role in keeping the holiday parks running smoothly, overseeing everything from infrastructure and utilities to new developments, health & safety and day-to-day maintenance. No two days are the same, and you'll be at the heart of supporting the team to deliver an exceptional service across the parks.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Estates Team, handling telephone calls, emails and enquiries.
  • Preparing, filing and maintaining documents, reports and business correspondence.
  • Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, expenses and receipts.
  • Providing administrative support for Estates projects and assisting with a variety of office tasks as required.

What we're looking for

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using databases and internal systems.
  • A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
