We are a fast‑growing, professional cleaning company serving commercial and domestic clients across the Midlands. Known for our high standards, reliability, and customer‑first approach, we are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to drive our next phase of growth.

The Role
As Sales Director, you will lead our sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and building strong client relationships across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial and residential markets
Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities
Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and performance insights
Work closely with the leadership team to support overall business strategy

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

An experienced Sales Leader, ideally within facilities management, cleaning, or service‑based industries
Results-driven, strategic, and highly motivated
Skilled at building relationships and negotiating at senior levels
Confident leading a team and influencing stakeholders
Analytical, organised, and commercially astute
