Technical Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Manager to join our team to help shape the next chapter of our growth.

This is a full‑time, site‑based role in Stratford-upon-Avon, with some travel required within the UK and abroad.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while promoting our technical capabilities and supporting the overall growth of the business.

You’ll work closely with our supply chain to ensure product excellence, protect supplier reputation, and consistently deliver on quality and service KPIs to maintain and grow sales.

You will manage the full technical function across a defined range of products and customer accounts, ensuring that sourcing standards, product quality, and all customer requirements are consistently met.
