** At Cancer Research UK, we exist to beat cancer.
** We are looking for a Business Change Manager to join our system migration programme.

The Systems Migration Programme is part of Cancer Research UK’s wider Engage Transformation Programme (ETP). The focus is to improve the experiences of people and organisations who come into contact with CRUK through better technology, including the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and new systems for our events and orders, as these are dependencies for us to be able to migrate off the system we currently use.

The technical development for the Systems Migration Programme is coming to an end, and the focus is now on the preparation of the CRUK business departments to rapidly and effectively adopt the technical solution.  The person taking the role will play an important part in making sure that users of the new system understand the changes it will have on their current ways of working through supporting them in their preparation.

Achieving this will ensure we drive more impact for CRUK through building more meaningful relationships with supporters, so we can accelerate progress towards our mission.
** What will I be doing?
*** Support senior managers in the Business Change & Communications team to develop strategic change management plans that drive sustained adoption of new systems and ways of working to achieve defined transformation outcomes and benefits.
* Ensure Prosci ADKAR methodology is adopted throughout the change lifecycle, to deliver a consistent and best practice approach to change management.
* Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. Sponsors, People Managers, Change Agents) so that they understand their change management roles and responsibilities and are supported to play the required role to enable effective delivery of change management plans.
* Conduct change impact assessments, working with subject matter exerts across the organisation, to create a clear understanding of the changes that need to be made and adopted across different teams and roles.
* Proactively engage and collaborate with the Engage Transformation Senior Communications Manager to ensure a holistic and joined up approach to business change communications across the transformation programme.
* Monitor and report on change management activity to feed into regular assessments of the overall progress of change management plans, so that relevant governance forums have an accurate view of progress towards business readiness and adoption of change.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Business Change & Communications team, and other stakeholders as needed, to effectively manage dependencies between change management plans and create a holistic view of people change to prevent and mitigate risks to user adoption and usage.
* Proactively identify change management risks and help drive delivery of preventative or mitigating action to ensure changes can be successfully adopted by our people.
** What are we looking for?
** This role would suit a Business Change Manager looking for an opportunity to work across a large digital transformation programme, the biggest in the UK charity sector. Or you could be a Programme Manager with some exposure to change, or a Business Analyst looking for that next step.  Whatever your background you will be able to demonstrate:
