Fortem is recruiting a driven Quantity Surveyor for the Orbit Housing contract, based at our Stratford-upon-Avon office. You will report to the Commercial Manager, lead a small team, and ensure value-for-money from the supply chain while building strong stakeholder relationships.
The role focuses on Planned works across social housing refurbishments, with duties spanning cost reporting, cash flow management, and contract administration. Experience in NHF SORs and elemental works is advantageous.
