£32,250 per annum, rising to £33,500 in the second yea r

As a graduate, your two-year development programme will be made up of up to four placement rotations. Our aim is to equip you with the range of skills and experience you need for your successful career.

– working in a team in the Programme Management office which could include Quality, Planning, Risk, Systems, Value & Continuous Improvement, Process & Guidance which is responsible for multiple Projects & Programmes across Capital Delivery

– working in a project team in TfL Capital you will be responsible for all aspects of managing a project including scope, governance and resource management. The actual responsibilities will be dependent on the stage and details of the project.

– gaining experience of managing construction projects in TfL Capital and having responsibility for several aspects of the project including stakeholder management and quality assurance.
