Are you an organised and customer-focused Account Controller looking to join a growing manufacturing business supplying some of the world's leading engineering companies?

Permanent – £38,000 per annum. Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm, Alcester.

• Be the key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and answering queries about their orders.
• Track customer orders through the factory and update customers on progress and delivery dates.
• Enter, update and maintain customer orders accurately on the system, including any changes or amendments.
• Work closely with internal teams to chase parts, resolve issues and keep orders moving as planned.
• Prepare despatch paperwork and support the shipping of finished parts to customers.

• Experienced carrying out a similar customer account management position.
• Well-versed managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment or for a manufacturing organisation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
