We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Part‑Time Service Advisor in Stratford‑upon‑Avon, Warwickshire. • Welcoming customers and handling all service and repair enquiries
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing invoices and communicating repair costs clearly
• Liaising with workshop, parts, and sales departments
• Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Promoting additional service and repair work where appropriate
• Managing customer appointments efficiently and professionally

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service within the motor trade
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Professional and customer‑focused approach
