£26,500 Basic Salary + Monthly Bonus (up to £250)

The role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions
  • Updating customer information accurately
  • Building positive relationships with customers
  • Working towards achievable individual and team performance targets
  • Delivering outstanding customer service on every interaction
What we're looking for
  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A positive, professional and empathetic approach
  • Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
  • Motivated, reliable and eager to develop your career
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
