SEN Teacher – Alcester – January

3. Salary – £150-£260 Per Day (Paid Weekly)
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher with QTS to join a supportive and forward-thinking specialist provision in Alcester. This full-time, long-term opportunity begins in January and offers the chance to work with a committed team within a nurturing and holistic environment.
The School
This inclusive SEN School is renowned for its ever-evolving, nurturing curriculum, carefully designed to meet the needs of children diagnosed with a range of SEND including ASD, ADHD, attachment difficulties, ACEs and specific learning difficulties. Through tailored pathways, therapeutic support and a strong focus on relationships, the school empowers children to grow in confidence, discover strengths and thrive both academically and personally.
You will play a key role in closing gaps in education, supporting pupils who have often experienced disrupted or missed learning, ensuring they feel seen, understood and motivated to succeed.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Create a safe, supportive and stimulating classroom environment where every child can flourish
* Deliver high-quality, engaging and differentiated learning experiences designed to meet a wide range of learning needs
* Work collaboratively with specialist staff, therapists and senior leaders to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Use effective assessment to inform personalised learning plans and track progress meaningfully
* Build trusting relationships with pupils, families and wider professionals, ensuring consistent communication and support
* You will actively promote a culture of respect, resilience and positive relationships, ensuring all pupils have opportunities to reflect, grow and succeed. This will be in line with the School’s Positive Behaviour Support policy
