An alternative education provider in Stratford-upon-Avon seeks a full-time Learning Support Assistant to help young people overcome challenges and grow in confidence. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support tailored to individual needs, assisting with lesson adaptations, and promoting wellbeing. Ideal candidates will have a natural ability to connect with diverse youth, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Salary from £24,246 FTE, negotiable based on experience.
This is a permanent, term-time only position.
