Pay rate:
£25,583 – £33,699 (FTE)
£19,919 – £26,239 (Actual Salary)

Smart Education is currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants (Level 1, 2 and
3) in the Stratford-upon-Avon area, starting January 2026.
This is a permanent opportunity within a supportive SEN setting, ideal for Teaching Assistants who are passionate about inclusion and making a meaningful difference to children’s lives.

Job requirements:
• Previous SEN experience (essential)
• Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Child or Adult DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Role responsibilities:
• Support pupils with a range of additional needs
• Assist with learning activities and personal development
• Work closely with teachers and specialist staff
• Promote a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
