Teacher Main Scale 1–6 (£32,916 – £45,352 FTE) + SEN Allowance (£2,679)

Permanent Position | Starting January
Smart Education is currently recruiting for a KS1 Teacher for a permanent, full-time role starting in January within a specialist educational setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.

Job Requirements:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching KS1 pupils, ideally with SEND experience (desirable for ECTs)
• Strong understanding of personalised learning and SEND strategies
• Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive practice
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to KS1 pupils with complex needs
• Plan and assess learning to meet individual goals
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social skills
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Contribute positively to the ethos and values of the setting
