Are you passionate about supporting children to flourish and reach their full potential? We are seeking a committed, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners and become part of a supportive school community.

The School

This nurturing and forward-thinking Primary School is committed to providing a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum that encourages children to make meaningful connections in their learning. With a focus on developing confident, articulate and empathetic learners, the school promotes core values of kindness, responsibility and respect, and takes pride in fostering an inclusive and aspirational culture where every child is supported to succeed.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils build strong foundations in reading, writing and mathematics, while supporting wider learning across the curriculum. You will help promote active learning, retrieval practice and independent thinking, ensuring every child has the opportunity to grow academically, socially and emotionally. Guided by teaching staff, you will contribute to a stimulating environment where children feel motivated, curious and confident.

You will support pupils of different ages and abilities, including children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
