Smart Education is urgently recruiting a passionate and nurturing Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming specialist school in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This is a permanent opportunity, ideal for a teacher who is committed to inclusive education and making a real difference to young learners.

- Plan and deliver creative, engaging KS1 lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with a range of additional and complex needs
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families
- Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress effectively
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
