Smile Education is proud to be supporting a fantastic all-through school in CV37 catering for pupils aged 3–19. The school supports both primary and secondary learners with additional needs and is seeking a bubbly, resilient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.

Due to the school’s location and lack of public transport links, a driver with access to a vehicle is highly desirable.

The Role
Provide classroom support across primary and secondary phases
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
Support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs
Assist with adapting resources and lesson materials
Encourage engagement, participation and confidence
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Maintain safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all times
