We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role will involve providing tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

• Assist in delivering tailored learning programs for students with SEN
• Support individual students or small groups during class activities
• Help students develop social, communication, and academic skills
• Work alongside the class teacher to monitor progress and provide feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Support with personal care and wellbeing when required

• Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable (but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, caring, and dedicated to improving the lives of young learners
• A good understanding of the needs of students with various educational challenges
• A willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the school community
