We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Alcester on a long-term basis starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact in the classroom.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Support pupils with additional learning needs
Help prepare classroom resources and assist with general duties
🎯 Requirements

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Essential:

Experience with in a UK secondary school setting
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desired but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Access to a car preferred
