Careers Adviser

We are looking to appoint a Careers Adviser to join our progressive careers department to help equip students to thrive in their next steps. The successful candidate would be part of a key team who oversee the school’s careers education and work‑experience programme providing CEIAG guidance (Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance) to pupils via individual appointments, Drop‑In sessions, Group workshops or sessions delivered as part of our SPHERE programme or curriculum specific events.

The careers team also oversee and produce a range of resources for students to use to plan their next steps.

A qualification in Careers Guidance at Level 6 or above is highly desirable; however, applicants without this qualification but with relevant experience and a willingness to complete the training alongside the role are actively encouraged to apply.
