Salary: £80-£105 Per Day (Paid Weekly)

We are seeking qualified Level 2+ Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September. We supply to a variety of vibrant and supportive Primary Schools across Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding areas of Warwickshire.

Successful candidates will be confident supporting pupils across the EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

• Providing general classroom TA support, small group intervention sessions, and 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Completing administrative tasks as required
• Supporting the monitoring and tracking of academic progress
• Promoting and maintaining positive behaviour management strategies
• Following statutory safeguarding guidance in line with KCSIE

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
• Previous experience working within a Primary School setting (minimum of 3 months)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
