Cover Supervisor

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work at a Secondary School in Stratford-Upon-Avon. This role is to start immediately in September and is a full-time position. The client school require an experienced Cover Supervisor to support in a Secondary School. Requirements will include supporting a pre-planned lesson. • Hand out and oversee assignments that have been prepared by the regular class teacher.
• Delivering a positive attitude
• Manage classroom dynamics, enforce the school’s behaviour policies, and ensure a calm and productive atmosphere. Providing tailored support to pupils
• Report back to the regular teacher on pupil progress, engagement, and any behavioural issues that arose.
• Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment

• Degree or similar qualification
• Experience working in a Secondary School setting
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)

• £100-£120 per day, equating to £19,500 to £23,400 per annum. (Based on experience)

This Cover Supervisor position is in Stratford-Upon-Avon, which is easily commutable from Wilmecote, Leamington Spa, and Bidford On Avon. The school offers on-site parking and is well-connected by public transport links across Stratford.
