Just Teachers Ltd is seeking a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Stratford-upon-Avon to support KS3 learners with additional needs. This rewarding position involves delivering tailored support for students requiring special educational needs, adapting materials to fit learning styles, and ensuring emotional wellbeing through effective teamwork. The ideal candidate will be calm, resilient, and possess strong communication skills, working closely with staff and therapists to track student progress.
The role requires understanding of EHCPs and is advantageous to have training in Team Teach or safeguarding. An enhanced DBS check is also required, with the position set to commence in June 2026.
