Behaviour Support, Restorative Practice Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and committed individual to join our highly regarded pastoral team. This is are warding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve success. You will play a key role in leading our Behaviour Support Room, creating a calm and supportive environment where students can reflect, regulate and refocus.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build positive relationships withyoung people. They will support students through restorative conversations,helping them learn from challenging situations and make positive choices going forward and develop strategies for future success.

You will work closely with our pastoral and inclusion teams, supporting students with a wide range of needs and contributing to interventions that improve wellbeing, behaviour and engagement with learning. The role also involves maintaining accurate behaviour records and identifying patterns thatcan help shape effective support strategies.
