Specialist Resourced Provision Teacher

Shottery St. Andrew’s C of EPrimary School is establishing a communication and interaction specialist resourced provision, where children are nurtured and educated in a way that matches their needs.

We are looking for a person who has qualifications,skills, and ambition for the children to enable them to accomplish their learning and personal targets.

The role is suited tosomeone with a sense of purpose, a positive outlook and attitude, and a passion for helping children be the best that they can be.

The team will need to behighly skilled in adapting learning and delivery to enable all children tosucceed, and this career opportunity would enable the right candidate to work alongside the headteacher and SENCo to develop outstanding practice.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has a proven ability toteach pupils with communication and interaction needs effectively through the use of dynamic and engaging techniques.
• Has the ability to leada provision and manage staff in an effective way towards outstanding practice.
• Is able to reflect andsee solutions in daily teaching, in own practice and that of the team.
• Can use their initiative to solve problems.
• Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access learning effectively.
• Can build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
