You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to pupils with autism and other additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop their confidence and enjoy school life.

The role will involve:
  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND.
  • Supporting children with autism to engage positively with learning and classroom activities.
  • Helping pupils develop communication, social and independence skills.
  • Providing a calm, structured and supportive environment.
  • Adapting activities and resources to meet individual needs.

  • Is committed to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.

In return, the school offers a supportive team, a welcoming environment and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to children's lives.
