Senior Town Planner Stratford Upon Avon

Our client, an established planning consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Town Planner to work out of their West Midlands based offices. The company currently operate out of a network of offices across the UK and pride themselves on their reputation of delivering expert advice on a wide variety of planning and development issues.

In this instance applications are sought from candidates with a BSc (or equivalent) and ideally a further MSc in an appropriate RTPI planning discipline. It is anticipated that the successful Town Planner will have a minimum of three year’s experience in the sector and will be hold Chartered RTPI status.

• preparing planning applications and appeals for a variety of development types
• Liaising with clients and local authorities
• Undertaking research and analysis
• Attending site visit’s
• Keeping an up to date knowledge of the UK planning system
