Location: Gaydon
A leading engineering company in Gaydon seeks a Human Factors Engineer to join their Ergonomics team. This contract role involves leading the development of Human Factors requirements, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating to resolve ergonomic challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a degree in a related field. The position requires a minimum of 2 days on site each week and is classified as INSIDE IR35, suitable for UK eligible candidates only.
