What You Will Do:

- Translate electrical power targets into clear and actionable engineering requirements, ensuring they align with customer needs.

- Create and maintain test cases to validate requirements, collaborating with validation and testing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Act as the primary liaison for the Electrical Efficiency Management (EEM) team, representing the department across all engineering functions.

- Track and assess changes, ensuring updates to requirements are communicated effectively and implemented across vehicle programmes.

- Champion cross-functional alignment, ensuring consistent understanding and application of requirements across all stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in writing and managing technical requirements with a strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across various disciplines.

- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS.

- A solid understanding of systems engineering principles and V-model development processes.

- A graduate or postgraduate qualification in an engineering discipline.
