The Role You'll be leading electrical design across a range of commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects, taking schemes from concept through to detailed design and construction support. You'l be trusted to:
Lead electrical design packages independently Produce high-quality drawings, calculations and specifications Coordinate with mechanical, architectural and structural teams Attend design meetings and speak confidently with clients and contractors Support junior engineers and raise the level of the team around you Spot problems early and design them out before they reach site You won't be micromanaged. You'll be relied upon. What You'll Be Working On:
Power and lighting design Distribution, containment, and schematics

Emergency lighting, fire alarms, small power Load calculations, cable sizing, protection Coordination in Revit / BIM environments Technical problem solving during construction Real projects. Real responsibility. Real impact. What We're Looking For You are likely someone who:
Has 5 years experience in electrical building services design Is comfortable running projects without hand-holding Knows how to produce drawings that contractors can actually build from Understands coordination, not just design in isolation Is confident in meetings and can explain your design decisions Enjoys being busy and working at pace Takes pride in accuracy and quality

Experience with Revit and BIM coordination is a big plus. The Type of Person Who Fits Here:
