Rotating (days / lates / nights) Are you an electrically biased engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and making things better? This is a high-quality role within a clean, modern, well-run non-food manufacturing environment. The workshops are tidy, standards are high, and the team culture is genuinely positive. Its a site where engineers are respected and listened to. This is an 60% electrical role.

Mechanical work exists, but this suits an engineer who enjoys:
Electrical fault-finding on automated / PLC-driven equipment Root cause analysis and permanent fixes Improving reliability, not just resetting and running Asking:
Why did it fail? and Is there a better way? Youll work on a highly automated production line in an environment that values thinking engineers not just reactive ones. What were looking for: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering Manufacturing or production experience Strong fault-finding and diagnostic mindset Comfortable in a shift environment Curious, methodical, improvement-focused This is a role for engineers who want more than firefighting who want to own problems and leave things better than they found them.
