Key Responsibilities Establishandleadanew South Eastsatelliteoffice forwaterconsultancyservices Identify,attract,andrecruitlocalengineeringandmanagementtalent Build,manage,anddevelopamultidisciplinarydesignteam,fosteringapositiveandhigh-performance culture Planandgrowtheteaminlinewithstrategicobjectivesandmanageorganisationalstructureandresourcing Ensureallworkisdeliveredinaccordancewith

HNDinanengineeringorrelateddiscipline Strong
ITskillsandfamiliaritywithmodernengineeringandmanagementtools Proventrackrecordmanaging multidisciplinarydesignteamsandcomplexprojects Demonstrable experience buildingandgrowingteams
