A technical recruitment firm is seeking a Physical Controls Human Factors Engineer in Stratford-on-Avon. This role focuses on developing Human Factors requirements for user controls, analyzing quality data for requirement development, and ensuring that human factor considerations are integrated into user interface designs. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Human Factors, ergonomics or product design, and experience in an automotive environment is desired.
Proficiency with Agile planning tools is also a plus.
