- Lead the development and delivery of seating systems and interior components from concept to production.
- Create and manage 3D CAD models (CATIA V5/V6) and maintain engineering data within PLM systems.
- Ensure designs meet occupant comfort, material performance, and mechanism functionality requirements.
- Integrate seat safety systems (airbags, sensors, ISOFIX) and ensure compliance with FMVSS, UN-ECE, and Euro NCAP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and timing targets for premium vehicle programs.
- Experience in seating system development or interior component engineering.
- Strong understanding of materials, mechanisms, and occupant comfort principles
- Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA V5/ V6 ) and PLM systems
- Familiarity with seat safety systems (e.g., airbags, sensors, ISOFIX).
- Experience with premium vehicle programs and luxury interior design.
- Knowledge of global standards (FMVSS, UN-ECE, Euro NCAP).
