As a Field Service Engineer, you will support customers across the United Kingdom and occasionally overseas, ensuring that our clients high‑speed packaging machines are maintained to an excellent standard and run at greater than 98% efficiency. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of packaging equipment at customer sites while maintaining the highest safety standards. Regular travel across the Midlands region, UK‑wide, and occasional overseas travel.

• Extensive experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical machinery
• Knowledge and practical experience of PLCs and mechatronic systems
• Flexibility for frequent travel and overnight stays when required
• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Project management experience
• LEAN and Six Sigma experience
