What You Will Do
  • Lead the integration of new technologies into vehicle architectures, ensuring seamless compatibility with functional and system strategies.
  • Act as the technical arbitrator, driving the delivery of engineering solutions that meet functional and customer-focused targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust designs, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and service requirements.
  • Oversee the progression of technical data, including CAD, testing, and build processes, to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Resolve technical challenges efficiently, escalating issues as necessary to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Support innovative activities and studies to solve complex engineering problems with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
What You Will Bring
  • Strong automotive technical knowledge and experience in handling complex engineering interactions.
  • Proven expertise in vehicle, system, and component design, with the ability to assess and validate technical standards.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading teams to solve technical challenges using structured methodologies such as Six Sigma or 8D.
  • A customer-first mindset, combined with a proactive and innovative approach to engineering challenges.
