• Select, approve, and qualify purchased components for use in assemblies or end products.
• Ensure that components meet cost efficiency and reliability standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with purchased components to maintain quality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers to evaluate design reviews of components.
• Manage projects and processes independently, while coaching and reviewing the work of other professionals.
• Address complex and challenging problems with innovative solutions.

• Proven experience in component engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in static sealing of body structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• A proactive approach to managing projects and working independently.
• Advanced knowledge of component evaluation and design review processes.
