• Act as the primary engineering contact within agile delivery groups, providing technical leadership and ensuring engineering excellence.
• Manage the performance of engineering Scrum Masters to facilitate cross‑functional issue resolution and ensure successful programme delivery.
• Define and deliver technical compliance through key performance indicators, proactively addressing risks.
• Maintain overall integrity and coherence of engineering content, aligning with strategic technical direction.
• Liaise with stakeholders and functional attribute leaders to steer performance and ensure effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing best practices from benchmarking sources and applying Agile methodologies.

• Proven experience in delivering engineering content and technical deliverables.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience in business transformation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
