• Ensure timely and accurate release of Bills of Material (BoM) from Product Engineering to internal and external stakeholders by interpreting and analysing technical documents.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of part usage and coding logic to support scheduling and vehicle build processes.
• Act as the focal point for customers and suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely BoM releases at the commodity level.
• Liaise extensively with engineering and manufacturing teams, demonstrating exceptional self-motivation and customer service skills.
• Manage workloads effectively to align with programme timing, project deadlines, and departmental targets.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide cover for colleagues when needed.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in customer-facing roles, balancing diverse demands effectively.
• Desirable experience with Dassault Systèmes 3
  
  Dexperience or Bill of Material processes.
