Futura Design Ltd is seeking a Cockpit Test & Development Lead Engineer for an OEM client in Gaydon on a maternity cover contract (Inside IR35). The role coordinates the development, testing and verification of cockpit systems and components, ensuring timely sign-off to gateway timing.
You will set up test plans, monitor progress and liaise with suppliers and programme teams to maintain schedules and quality, while following engineering standards and procedures.
