Our OEM Client in Gaydon is seeking a Cockpit Test & Development Lead Engineer on a maternity cover contract. You will coordinate development, testing and verification of new cockpit systems, managing plans from setup through sign-off using JLR processes.
The role requires experience with test timing plans, BOM creation, supplier liaison and cross-functional collaboration across programme teams. Inside IR35, umbrella/pay arrangements apply.
