What You Will Do:

- Lead the integration of new and existing vehicle technologies, ensuring compatibility with engineering strategies and functional targets.

- Oversee the delivery of Minimum Viable Product into both virtual and physical verification stages throughout the programme lifecycle.

- Drive technical data progression, including CAD, DV, AIMS, Build, Test, and Releasing, collaborating with teams across various disciplines.

- Resolve cross-functional obstacles, escalating technical blockers to leadership teams as required.

- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to develop strategic technical proposals and innovative solutions.

- Champion Agile practices and structured problem-solving techniques to deliver exceptional engineering results.

What You Will Bring:

- Extensive automotive technical knowledge and experience in analysing and making decisions on complex interactions.
