- Deliver the commodity plan to quality, cost and time, maintaining the Worldwide Engineering Release System for robust control of engineering change.
- Support Engineering Advanced Product Quality Planning deliverables and contribute to effective programme planning across Agile squads.
- Manage aspects of Change Requests, including expenditure forecasting and working with relevant supplier teams to hit programme milestones.
- Plan and support spring and damper module test activities, covering detailed stages through to sign-off and assisting engineering test teams with rectifications.
- Collaborate to resolve supplier component engineering and vehicle attribute issues, ensuring designs meet defined targets for performance and reliability.
- Keep module documentation up to date, supporting design verification and compliance with standards throughout design maturation.
- Proven experience resolving business, technical and process issues in a project team environment, with a structured approach to delivery.
- Strong understanding of product creation and delivery, including change control, product definition and change management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in influencing and engaging across teams.
- Capability to interpret engineering drawings and understand GD&T notation, with CAD/CAE design and analysis experience as a beneficial advantage.
- Some exposure to suspension or damper, coil spring, or air spring technologies, ideally alongside agile scrum working methods.
