Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Stratford Upon Avon based client in their search for an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. My client is looking for a proactive individual, with the ability to lead a small dynamic team during a period of exciting expansion. This position is fully office based.

Daily duties and experience required includes:

* Lead, motivate, and develop the AP team to achieve high performance

* Undertake one-to-ones and ensure a positive working environment is maintained

* Ensuring the AP team process invoices accurately, efficiently and in line with company policy

* Oversee month-end and year-end AP close processes, ensuring accuracy of financial data

* Work with internal & external stakeholders to resolve queries and identify opportunities to add value

* Maintain accurate supplier information

* Supplier Statement reconciliation

* Support external audits, answering audit queries and providing information

* Ensure compliance with controls, policies & regulations

* Ensure timely payment of suppliers
