• Lead the definition and delivery of a truly global strategy, ensuring finance solutions are competitive, customer‑focused and fully compliant across all regions.
• Drive finance penetration, profitability and retention while building and evolving a wholesale funding approach to support dealer liquidity and network sustainability.
• Manage product strategy, funding frameworks, partner management, risk oversight and commercial performance, serving as a key voice in how Aston Martin competes and grows.
• Align global strategy with regional execution by collaborating closely with Regional Presidents and Market Directors.
• Act as a trusted adviser on all Financial Services matters to the Commercial Operations Director and Executive Leadership Team, shaping long‑term strategy and connecting financial performance with commercial outcomes.
• Lead relationships with banks, leasing companies and finance providers, setting strategic frameworks that enable regional teams to succeed.
• Ensure robust governance, strong regulatory compliance and clear oversight across all retail and wholesale programmes, prioritising customer outcomes and risk.

• Proven senior‑level leader within automotive financial services, banking, leasing or broader consumer finance.
• Experience shaping and delivering strategy across international markets with a strong grasp of FCA regulation and global consumer finance frameworks.
• Comfortable leading discussions at executive and board level, balancing commercial ambition with governance and control.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset, able to manage both detail and direction in a global function.
• Strong leadership style that brings clarity, builds relationships and creates an environment where teams and partners perform at their best.

This is a hybrid role based in Gaydon with a minimum of three days onsite each week, supplemented by international travel to work closely with regional teams and key partners.
