With a strong focus on our customers, the team’s work has a meaningful impact, helping to ensure customers are charged fairly, pricing operates as intended and any emerging concerns are identified through data and robust analysis. As a Pricing Analyst within our Customer Outcomes team, you’ll support customer outcomes monitoring and help assess the customer, financial and regulatory impacts of pricing-related issues and business change.
You’ll gather and analyse pricing, customer and business data, identify trends, unusual patterns and areas requiring further investigation, and help ensure the information used in reporting is accurate and meaningful. Where a pricing issue or discrepancy has occurred, you’ll support the analysis needed to understand which customers may have been affected and whether they have experienced financial detriment. This may include quantifying customer and business impacts, supporting refund calculations and preparing clear analytical evidence to inform risk, remediation and governance decisions.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across Pricing, Underwriting, Remediation, IT and other areas of the business, communicating your findings clearly and helping stakeholders understand what the evidence means for both customers and the business. This is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your technical capability, pricing knowledge and experience of pricing tools within a supportive team.
