Lead Pricing Analyst – Customer Outcomes
Play a key role in ensuring fair customer outcomes by providing insight and analysis that directly influences remediation activity, governance and decision-making.
Develop your pricing expertise across multiple product lines, working at the intersection of pricing, customer outcomes, regulatory considerations and business change.
Hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% based at our Stratford-upon-Avon office.

As a Lead Pricing Analyst within the Pricing Customer Outcomes team, you'll play a key role in monitoring customer outcomes across our pricing portfolio.
You'll analyse pricing, customer and business data to identify trends, emerging risks and areas requiring further investigation, helping to ensure our pricing approaches continue to deliver fair and appropriate customer outcomes. You'll also support the assessment of pricing-related issues and business change, providing robust analysis to understand customer, financial and regulatory impacts. This could include identifying affected customer groups, quantifying impacts and providing evidence-based insight to support governance and remediation decisions.
Working closely with stakeholders across Pricing, Underwriting, Remediation and IT, you'll provide analytical expertise, constructive challenge and clear recommendations to support informed decision-making. Alongside this, you'll continue to develop your technical expertise and contribute to building capability across the wider team.
You’ll be an analytically minded individual who enjoys using data to solve complex problems and support informed decision-making. Comfortable working with large datasets, you'll be able to assess customer, financial and regulatory impacts, translate complex findings into meaningful insight and make evidence-based recommendations. You’ll bring a collaborative approach and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong relationships while balancing business needs, customer outcomes and regulatory expectations.
You'll combine technical capability with strong communication skills, attention to detail and sound judgement to deliver high-quality outcomes for both customers and the business.
- General insurance experience with exposure to pricing analytics and customer outcomes-related activity.
- SQL, coding or equivalent technical capability, with experience analysing and interpreting complex datasets.
- Experience using Radar or equivalent pricing tools to support analytical and pricing activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, coupled with strong attention to detail and the ability to draw evidence-based conclusions from complex information.
- An understanding of relevant regulatory considerations and a genuine commitment to delivering fair customer outcomes.
