• Assist with overseeing daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.
• Assist the Spa Manager to lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff.
• Support the Spa Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and other customised services when required.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service.
• Assist with managing inventory, budgets and scheduling to ensure efficient spa operations.
• Create a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development.

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Dynamic interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident speaking to clients face to face, over the telephone and by email.
• Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
• Decision‑making, problem‑solving and taking appropriate action.
• Establishing rapport, building trust and demonstrating credibility.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Desirable:
  Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments.
• Desirable:
  Experience guiding, managing and motivating teams to drive success, and proven experience of upselling and cross‑selling to maximise profits.
