A leading luxury care home provider in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Senior Care Assistant. You will support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care within a nurturing environment. Applicants should possess NVQ 3 in care, have 2 years' experience in a similar role, and demonstrate effective communication skills. This role involves monitoring resident wellbeing, assisting with medication, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals.
Shifts are 4 days a week, including every other weekend.
