Domiciliary Carer (Part-Time)

An expanding, family-run Care Home Agency based in South Warwickshire is seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Carers to join their growing team on a part-time basis.

The Care Agency pride themselves on delivering high standards of personalised care to private residents across Warwickshire and Worcestershire. As part of their team, you’ll work in an open, welcoming environment where your ideas and contributions are genuinely valued.

* No overlapping visits – allowing adequate travel time

* Minimum one-hour visits – so you never feel rushed

* Monthly bonus scheme

Responsibilities of the Domiciliary Carer:

* Deliver high-quality care, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship

* Assist with daily living tasks while promoting client independence

* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

* Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements of the Domiciliary Carer:

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

* Caring, compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others

* Willingness to complete and maintain required training and compliance standards

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
