Our client, a successful specialist recruitment agency across marketing, creative, client services, digital, and PR, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly and dynamic environment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own desk, develop new business, and provide excellent service to clients and candidates. The role requires motivation to meet and exceed activity and sales targets in a highly autonomous setting.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships at all levels, be driven to succeed, and possess a consultative, honest approach to sales. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, along with a reliable and flexible attitude, are essential. If you're not from a creative background but are ambitious to transition into this sector, support will be provided to develop your expertise.
